Pricing
Photopin makes photos from catalogue templates and from your own ideas. You pay up front in packages: a package tops up your pin balance, and the balance is spent as photos are made. Settlement currency is the Russian rouble (₽).
4 pins = 1 photo. One finished photo costs 4 pins, whichever template you pick and however many of your own shots you upload for it.

What happens after you pay
- You go to the payment provider’s secure page and enter your card details there. Card data never reaches Photopin’s servers.
- Once the payment system confirms the payment, the pins are credited to your account automatically — usually within a few minutes.
- Buying does not start a photo by itself: you pick a template and start the work whenever it suits you.
- Pins are spent only after the finished photo exists and is ready to download. A technical failure costs you nothing.
- Pins do not expire — they stay on your balance until you use them.
Refunds
Unused pins are refunded on request to support, by the same method the payment was made, within 10 days at most. Photos already made are not refunded: that service has been provided. The details are in the Refund policy.
